How this is embedded

The start form collects contact details, household size and an income range, then creates the application and emails the applicant a link to create an account and finish the full form in the homeowner portal. Inside an <iframe> those account links open in a new tab. The affiliate is fixed by affiliate_id, so applicants never pick a location.
